MEMORY CARE - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR CADI AND ELDERLY WAIVERS

FINANCIAL COVERAGE YOU CAN COUNT ON 

At Select Senior Living, we believe everyone should have access to quality, affordable care regardless of their personal or financial circumstances. Many seniors desire community-based living instead of a nursing home but lack the necessary financial resources to afford this option. Minnesota state medical assistance enables individuals to enjoy an independent lifestyle in a senior community with assisted living services tailored to meet their needs.

ELDERLY WAIVER

We accept Minnesota’s Elderly Care Waiver for approved applicants. With state medical care, you can enjoy an independent lifestyle with assisted living services that meet your individual needs. The elderly waiver is for people 65+ who are eligible for medical assistance and require the level of care provided by a nursing facility. The program provides funds for home and community-based services for seniors with limited financial resources.

CADI WAIVER

We accept the Minnesota Community Access for Disability Inclusion Waiver (CADI), which offers financial assistance to eligible individuals to help them with the cost of services that enable independent living. The CADI waiver supports persons who would otherwise require nursing home admittance to continue living on their own either at home, in the home of a loved one, or in an assisted living community. The program is intended for those under the age of 65; however, a senior may continue with this waiver after the age of 65 or enroll in the Elderly Waiver program.
